  • Piet Plessis           - Piet Plessis, Main Road R377, next to the rugby field.

3. Styles:

We specialize in all ten hip hop styles, JKA Karate, as well as FitFun, Preggy- & Normal Pilates, and freestyle dance classes for Ladies/Moms and children from 4 years of age who want to learn beat and rhythm, build personal strength, or improve emotional well-being.
